What is that you ask?

It’s accountability at it’s FINEST.  One on one work to change the habits that are keeping you from meeting your health goals.

Working out daily and not seeing results?  You try eating “healthy” but always find yourself giving up and/or actually gaining weight.  Not sure how to make the changes to improve your blood pressure, cholesterol, or reduce your risk for type II Diabetes?

Why can’t I lose the weight or change my body composition despite the changes I’ve have made?

We’ll guide you through how you make those changes while providing the support it requires along with implementing the actions that get you back in the game when you feel like quitting.  After years of working with very sick patients in the hospital teaching them these same principles I am happy to expand my services outside of the clinical setting.  Sometimes it’s deeper than “eat healthy foods” and “workout”.  If it were that simple it wouldn’t be so hard to do. We get to the root of the issue and make a CHANGE.

Do I have to workout with you?

I get that not everyone likes to workout at home or wants to follow a DVD program, so the Weekly Inspire incorporates your workout preferences.  Whether it’s the gym, group fitness classes, or a private studio we will design a workout plan for you.  If you’re not getting results with your current workout we’ll show you the changes to implement to see the results you desire. Individualized workouts that take in to consideration what you need, designed  just for you.

Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?

Our meal plans are geared towards whole foods, your food preferences, and your eating style.  No more eating “diet” foods or being on a diet. Diets don’t work!  We teach you how the foods you eat work in your body to help you understand how to eat for energy and to break those cravings that end in late night snacking or the bottom of the bag.
