Inspire Higher Youth Fitness & Healthy Living Program was created to help youth athletes learn the fundamentals and building blocks for healthy living and to optimize their sports performance NOW.

This program is designed to:

-Improved fitness level and playing potential

-Build and boost team morale

Participants will learn:

The building blocks for optimizing sports performance

Proper warm up and “routines” for team to use pregame

The difference between pregame and postgame stretching

How to prevent common soccer injuries

 

 

Participants will receive a strength training assessment and implement:

Age and developmentally appropriate strength training exercises

Injury prevention techniques

Participants will receive a strength training assessment and implement:Pre and postgame stretches specific to soccer athletes

Promote and jumpstart healthy living as a lifestyle
