Focus T25 – Welcome to your Challenge!

I am SO excited that you have decided to start your fitness journey with Focus T25. We will officially start on Monday so let’s focus today on preparing everything for you to start this journey successfully. Today, I want you to focus on the following:

  1. Take pictures
  2. Take measurements
  3. Read through the book
  4. Check the recipe book
  5. Choose which recipes you’ll be using
  6. Shop for groceries
  7. Try to prepare a few items ahead of time (like quinoa and brown rice for example)
  8. Take all temptations out of your home – I promise this will help
  9. Make sure you have your calendar ready for your workout – you can also set up  your Super Gym on the Team Beachbody website.
  10. Set a goal and place it somewhere visible so you can remember why you’re doing this.
