Focus: It matters

 Do you have an exercise you desperately despise and give your trainer the evil eye when they say it’s time?

Basically, I hate this exercise. It never feels correct to me. I have to focus throughout on my chest staying upright, my knees in line with my feet facing forward and I adjust a million times to try to find the right position. But the honest truth is, I hate them because they are hard. They challenge my hip flexibility and balance so guess what that means? I need to do them more ! Yup.  If they were easy it would be because my body wasn’t being challenged. Ugh! Really?  Yup!  But I hear ya, “Why can’t it be burpees?!”
